Overview
Letter from the Stars mainly provides scheduled letter delivery services.
Send us your final messages, and we will print and deliver them to your designated recipients by physical mail on the date you specified in the future.
To avoid any legal disputes, we currently do not accept:

Letter Format
We receive your message in e-form, but we send out physical letters, which are divided into the following three parts:
Plain white stationery

We will print your message on plain white stationery

The letter will only have your message printed on it, no patterns or decorations
Plain white envelope

The recipient's name and address and our return address are printed on the envelope
A small explanatory card

To protect both parties, we must briefly inform the recipient of the reason they are receiving this letter

If you have scheduled more than one letter:

You can instruct us to mention the date of the next mailing on the small card, so that the recipient has reasonable expectations.

We also recommend that you clearly indicate on the last message card that this is your last message, so that your blessing ends perfectly.

Mailing
Our mailing service covers the whole world, no matter where the recipient is, you can use our service.
All delivery costs are included in the order and there will be no additional charges.
Third-party Fail-safe
Our greatest hope is to help you successfully deliver your mail to your designated recipient in the future.
Therefore, to minimize the possibility of delivery failure, we strongly recommend that you write down a third-party backup recipient when placing an order and scheduling it , such as the recipient's uncle, your best friend or another informed adult.

If the first delivery fails, we will check and try again.

If the second delivery fails, we will contact and forward the package to the backup recipient

If the third delivery fails, if you have given us prior permission, we will display your message permanently on the Public Board, hoping that one day your loved one will see your message.
Steps
1. Ordering and Scheduling
Order the quantity and schedule of letters on our website.
You do not need to submit the content of the letter at this stage . The future delivery date can also be adjusted when the message is officially submitted.
2. Write your message

3. Officially submit your message
After receiving your order, you will receive detailed instructions and procedures for delivery.
4. Delivery
We will deliver the message to the designated recipient at the time you specified.
